Prior to Class
Prepare sound
system for Body Builders. Test and give microphone to Dave H. Set up hand
held microphone for class president.
This means turning
down the system some. Set up the main speaker with the wireless microphone.
Make sure the microphone is placed as high up on the collar (lapel) as possible
During Class
Adjust system
as needed to ensure all can hear the speaker.
After Class
Tear down equipment
at the end of class and take home.
Attend Officer’s meeting (if scheduled)
Other
Coordinate events
or issues with other class(s) using class room if
audio needs are required.
Buy batteries as needed to maintain equipment. This runs about two nine
volts a month and one watch battery, #LR44, per month. Replace worn cords as
needed
(class will reimburse)
Hold extra equipment until needed.
