Obligations and Commitment:
Payment to Dickson Creative Services for services rendered as per requested is considered verification of client satisfaction. Although every effort will be made to insure accuracy during every phase of the project, the final proof and approval is the responsibility of the client. If errors are discovered after the approval phase, any costs incurred as a result are the responsibility of the requestor (client).
